What is SPAM in email?
SPAM is useless information submitted by various parties to an e-mail address. SPAM generally contain commercial advertising but others contain humor, profanity, pornography, invitations and silly messages and other serious issues but do not have any relationship to the interests and your interests on the Internet. SPAM can also be caused by an illegal attack called by mail bombing where the perpetrator sends a mails in large amounts with the purpose of fulfilling your mailbox or make mail server getting down.
SPAM comes when you are less careful in transacting on the Internet so your email address known by commercial providers. One way to avoid SPAM is to install a software that acts as a filter for incoming mail to your address. ISPs usually provide this facility and not indiscriminate use e-mail address as an identity.
