U.S. condemns leaking of Confidential Information Afghan War

A number of U.S. military documents which amounted to more than 90 thousand documents about the war in Afghanistan including the information regarding the death of civilians in Afghanistan and U.S. fears Pakistan will likely provide assistance to the Taliban is leaking its covert operations against the Taliban spread via mass media coverage.

U.S. national security advisor James Jones said if the United States strongly condemned the disclosure of such confidential information. Disclosure of confidential documents are otherwise endanger the lives of U.S. citizens, citizens’ alliance, and threatens U.S. national security.

Although the confidentiality of such documents have been uncovered, Jones said if the U.S. and several countries alliance will not change their commitment to continue to deepen cooperation with Afghanistan and Pakistan to defeat a common enemy. He also said if they support the aspirations of the people of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

A question from me, why did leak classified documents is life threatening U.S. citizens, citizens’ alliance, and threatens U.S. national security?

And the other question is what exactly is the purpose commitment to defeat a common enemy?

Please do not bring religion into this issue. Do not accuse the Islamic way.
