What is Usenet?

On the Internet there are a lot of places that provide a discussion group called Usenet. In it displayed various atikel called News on various topics and categories called Newsgroups. Any Internet user can follow (subscription) discussion on Usenet for free. Participants usenet possible to open a new topic or closed it because usenet doesn’t provides special management as well as a forum.

To access the usenet server needed a special software called a news reader. Each topic has a special address listed on the news server.
