Site content here isn’t mean the post. It means the file needed to make your site visible, included picture. If you want make a site that will frequently updated, you need a Content Management System (CMS). Why use a CMS? Use CMS make you easier to manage your site, the themes, editting category, adding post and much more can you do by using CMS. For static site (never updated/updated in a long time) you don’t need a CMS. You only need a text editor and begin to make your site.
